presentation for ICT scenerio in INDIA during India Brizil
South Africa Summit) September 2006
New Delhi, 8th Sept 2006 :- The first India, Brazil & South
Africa (IBSA) Business Summit is being organised on
September 12, 2006 at Brasilia. Launched in March 2005 at
Cape Town, the IBSA Business Council aims at exploring
synergies for the promotion of trade and economic
co-operation among India, Brazil and South Africa.
High Powered Business Delegations from India, Brazil and
South Africa will be attending this Business Summit. The
Summit would explore potential areas of co-operation between
the three countries in focus sectors including: Information
& Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Energy, Agriculture &
Food Processing, Auto & Auto Spare parts and Innovation &
Technological Development including Pharmaceuticals &
Biotechnology. Besides, National Confederation of Industry,
our counterpart chamber in Brazil, will be organizing
business-to-business meetings on September 13, 2006.
A senior level business delegation for the IBSA Summit will
be going to explore the trade and investment opportunities
with their counterparts from Brazil and South Africa.
Heads of States from all the three countries would be
visiting Brasilia on these dates to attend the Political
Summit on September 13. The Hon΄ble Prime Minister of India,
Dr Manmohan Singh along with the Heads of States from Brazil
and South Africa will be addressing the Summit. Almost 47
renowned delegates like Mr. P. R. Dhariwal from Essar Group,
Mr. S R Rao (Executive Director) Exim Bank, Dr. Ajay Kumar
Data (CEO) Data Infosys Limited, Mr. Antonio Murta (Vice
President) Wipro, Mr. Suresh Kotak (Chairman) Kotak & Co.
Ltd and many other delegates will be accompanying with the
honorable prime minister in this Summit.
Talking about Dr. Ajay Data΄s Visit the companies CMO Mr.
Nitin Walia tells us that Dr. Data Has left for Brazil
yesterday night and he will be giving the presentation over
IT scenario in India and explore new business possibilities
and association between both the nations. |
